第四届近海风能波浪能国际学术创新论坛 (The 4th International Innovation Forum on Off-shore Wind and Wave Energy: IFOSWWE 2024) 预定于2024年11月1—3日在中国江苏省苏州市常熟举办。 本次会议由常熟理工学院、澳门科技大学、中国矿业大学联合主办，常熟理工学院电气与自动化工程学院承办。诚邀海内外政府代表、专家、学者和工业代表踊跃投稿、参会，就海洋能源开发的新形势，新技术进行 深度交流探讨，为促进中国与国际深度合作所面临的机遇、挑战及长远发展建设献计献策。

IFOSWWE最早由中澳近海风能与波浪能研究中心创立。中心由十所科研院校以及两家可再生能源企业构成。上海交通大学与阿德莱德大学分别作为中澳两国的牵头单位，积极发展对海上风能波浪能联合发电技术的系统性研究；高校成员包括中国国家海洋技术中心，澳大利亚联邦科学与工业研究组织，大连理工大学，西澳大学，南京航空航天大学，斯文本技术大学，中国矿业大学，塔斯马尼亚大学，负责与其专业特长相匹配的研究课题；企业成员包括中国金风科技与卡内基清洁能源，提供技术支持，并拓展商业化中心知识成果的可能性。本论坛的前三届由于疫情关系，分别在中国徐州，澳门以线上形式举行。IFOSWWE 2024 将通过专家主旨报告、特邀报告、分会报告、海报展示等多元化形式举办。

经过双盲审查后，被接受并展示的论文将由会议论文集出版。该论文集被Scopus、Ei Compendex等索引。

Welcome to IFOSWWE 2024

The 4th International Innovation Forum on Off-shore Wind and Wave Energy (IFOSWWE 2024) is scheduled to be held in Changshu, Suzhou, Jiangsu Provience, China from November 1 to 3, 2024. The conference is sponsored by Changshu Institute of Technology, Macau University of Science and Technology, China University of Mining and Technology, organized by School of Electrical Engineering and Automation, Changshu Institute of Technology. We cordially invite government representatives, experts, scholars, and industry delegates from home and abroad to actively submit papers and participate in the conference. Let's engage in in-depth discussions on the new trends and technologies in marine energy development, contributing insights and suggestions for promoting the opportunities, challenges, and long-term development of China's deep cooperation with the international community.

IFOSWWE was founded by Australia-China Joint Research Centre of Offshore Wind and Wave Energy Harnessing. The center consists of ten scientific academies and two renewable energy corporates. Shanghai Jiao Tong University and The University of Adelaide, as the leading unit of China and Australia respectively, are actively developing systematic research on offshore wind-wave energy combined power generation technology. Members of the academies include National Ocean Technology Center, China, Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organization, Australia, Dalian University of Technology, China, the University of Western Australia, Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, China, Swinburne University of Technology, Australia, China University of Mining and Technology, and University of Tasmania, Australia, which are responsible for research projects that matching their professional expertise. As corporates, Goldwind Science Technology Co., Ltd., China and Carnegie Clean Energy Ltd., Australia are to provide technical support and expand the possibility of the knowledge achievements of the commercialization center. IFOSWWE in the last 2 years were held online in Xuzhou, China due to the COVID-19. IFOSWWE 2024 will be held in diverse forms including keynote speeches by experts, invited talks, session presentations, and poster displays.

After double-blind reviewing, accepted and presented papers will be published by Conference Proceedings. which is indexed by Scopus, Ei Compendex, etc.

Please submit full papers to https://www.zmeeting.org/submission/ifoswwe2024. All submitted papers should be in the form of .pdf. For full paper, minimum 4 full pages,  and limited to a maximum 10 pages, including figures, tables and references. Please follow the template. Upon acceptance, authors will be required to register and present their papers. Papers will be included in the conference proceedings only if at least one of the authors is officially registered.
